Starbott Communications is a Vancouver-based communications agency specializing in new media copywriting for top brands. Offbeat worked closely with the client to create a graphic identity that reflects Starbott's ability to put punctuation in its place. »

The resulting logo works surprisingly well at small sizes, creating a lively texture unlike most graphic marks.

A motion maquette was generated to envision the creative possibilities in rendering the logo. Various typographic symbols, suspended in a fluid state, come together to form the negative space around the SC wordmark.
