Offbeat helped bring the Blueprint Global Marketing site up to date with bolder project images and interactive elements, communicating a youthful, yet professional brand. In addition to upgrading the corporate site, a separate initiative was completed to encourage inter-realty development. The Connectivity website is an easy way for outside realtors to gain access to important materials regarding the real estate projects offered by Blueprint.

This site was conceived for a storyteller who works with firms to develop products and services. As such, it attempts to respect the pacing, presentation and balance of traditional storytelling techniques. Kettle Ridge is a truly unique offering in the rarely available Naramata wine region of the Okanagan. Offbeat launched a redesign for Kettle Ridge in summer 2009 which included a new photo gallery, and a new blog and events features, both editable using a CMS. Visit live site
This is a unique development in Tofino which is like nothing else in the area. With cutting edge and reclaimed materials, built on the site of the old cannery, The Shore challenges traditional notions of small town recreational escapes. The website design maximized the panoramic views accessible from nearly every suite in the project. A rigorous use of white space communicates the relaxed yet modern feel of the development. Given the more senior demographic of this Westbank, BC project, web materials were developed to be intuitive and absent of web gizmos. The panoramic viewer fits nicely within the West Harbour aesthetic and allows easy access to multiple panoramic views.
